Look, I wouldn't mind a slightly longer quarter panel and one more eyelet. As it stands now, there is still some motion in the heel, and I think that's because of the short lacing. Might get better with more time, I dunno. But the quality is insanely good. Stiching is amazing. Leather is seemingly bullet-proof, but not hard or stiff or unforgiving. Great color. Getting more comfortable every day, and they weren't uncomfortable to start. They are standing up to the elements without a sign of wear so far - and I'm wearing them frequently in the 4 months I've owned them in the rain or sun or whatever. Expensive? YES. But worth two pairs of every other expensive boot I own -- and 5 pairs of the inexpensive ones.
Question: Whatever happened to the "Sporting Clays shoe? Thank you.
My second pair of Russell Moccasin Chukka’s and they are supremely comfortable and supportive with a sole that connects your lower body to the shooting station surface perfectly. I shoot better with them on,
Excellent, I have enjoyed this classic.
