The Find Your Russell Size tool is available on all boot and shoe pages. It can be accessed through the yellow button near the sizing. This virtual tool uses a cell phone to scan your foot and generate a recommended size based on the product you are viewing. This size updates as you look at other models on the site. Customers that order their recommended size from this tool are eligible for free return shipping within our normal return policy parameters. If you ordered a recommended size and it did not fit, you can request a return label by emailing returns@russellmoccasin.com
