Premier/ Classic Builds Program Terms and Conditions

Classic and Premier Builds are produced to order. The lead times for Single and Single Vamp w/ a Molded Sole footwear (Shoes, PHs, etc.) are 8-12 weeks. The lead times for Double and Triple Vamp footwear (Backcountry, South 40, Big Cambo, etc.) are 12-16 weeks as there are more steps in these processes. Orders of this type cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been put into production.

Sizing Confidence: With a Premier/ Classic Builds, if the fit is too large or small, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery in unworn condition and we will put another pair into production for you in an adjusted size of your choice (sizes available are 6-14 in D and E widths). Exchanges are limited to 1 per order and the production timeline for the second pair will be 8-16 weeks dependent on the type of footwear. Premier/ Classic Builds are non-refundable.
